“Step away from the vat, Eucalyptus,” Agent Bland said, his pistol trained on the madman bent on world domination. “It’s over.”
“Ha!” Dr. Farkus Eucalpus snorted, his hand on the vat’s lever. “If I flip this lever, this container of toxic, deadly, poisonous, lethal, gloppy gelatin will be released into the water system, quickly spreading through pipes and into households city-wide Thousands will perish. Unless, you’ve agreed to my demands?”
“Well, when you put it that way…”
“Now toss your weapon aside.”
Bland tossed his gat, but right into the vat, causing a large splash of the goo to land on the side of Farkus’ arm, neck and face.
“Aiiieeee!” Farkus screamed. “Get if off me!”
“Problem?”” Bland asked sarcastically.
“Slime! Slime! Slime!… is on my hide!”
“Yes, it is.”
